The Image MASSter Solo-4 G3 Forensic PRO SATA-3 6Gb/s hard drive data acquisition unit configured with the i7 Processor, offers investigators the ability to capture simultaneously at SATA-3 speed from one "Suspect" hard drive to two "Evidence" hard drives. It can also capture from two separate "Suspect" hard drives to two individual "Evidence" hard drives. The unit features a built-in native support for SAS, SATA, eSATA, USB 3.0 and Firewire drives. It authenticates the drive copies with SHA-1, SHA-2 and MD5. It also supports IDE, RAID, e-SATA drives as well as a variety of Micro Media flash drives. All the "Evidence" images can be saved as 100% copies, Linux DD images or E01 image files. All "Evidence" hard drives can be encrypted "on-the-fly" during the acquisition process to protect sensitive data during transportation or storage. This forensic hard drive data acquisition unit also offers a built-in Gigabit Ethernet connection allowing users to upload images to Storage Area Networks (SAN) for the purpose of processing and archiving. Additionally the Solo-4 G3 forensic hard drive data acquisition unit can be used as a great platform for third party cell phone acquisition applications like Paraben, XRY and more.

Basic SATA-3 6Gb/s hard drive data duplication unit configured with the i3
Processor, offers IT Professionals the ability to Copy Drives at SATA-3 speeds
from two Source drives simultaneously. It can also Acquire Data from 1 Source
drive to up to 3 Destination drives. The unit features built-in native support
for SAS, SATA, eSATA, and USB 3.0 drives. It also supports IDE, as well as a
variety of Flash Media. Designed exclusively for IT applications, the Image
MASSter Solo-IV G3 system is a versatile lightweight, portable, high speed data
duplication device. Source drives data can be copied at speeds exceeding 6GB
per minute. The unit offers multiple Copy Formats such as IQCopy which is an
Intelligent Copy method that copies only allocated data and creates, scales
and formats Destination partitions. The available Copy Formats include VHD
Capture, which allows storing multiple images in a single Destination drive or
Shared Network Folder. The units advanced Touch Screen user interface provides
ease of use. This IT Data Acquisition unit also offers a built-in Gigabit
Ethernet connection allowing users to upload images to Storage Area Networks
(SAN) for the purpose of processing and archiving data. The unit allows

The Image MASSter Solo-4 SATA-3
6Gb/s is set to have Internet Connection and Automatic Windows Updates disabled
as default. Users will need to enable Internet Connection when uploading data to
a network. It is highly recommended that the user install anti-virus and
firewall Hardware Device protection prior to connecting the Image MASSter
Solo-4 SATA-3 6Gb/s to either the Internet or a network. A lesser protection can
be achieved with personal firewall software. Continuously running an updated
version of anti-virus software with the Image MASSter Solo-4 SATA-3 6Gb/s may
help prevent an intrusion into the unit or network. ICS recommends updating the
anti-virus software program every time the Image MASSter Solo-4 SATA-3 6Gb/s is
connected to the Internet or a network. Users should always utilize a clean
(scanned for viruses) USB Thumb Drive when updating the Image MASSter Solo-4
SATA-3 6Gb/s unit Software or Firmware. Users should ONLY connect the Image
MASSter Solo-4 SATA-3 6Gb/s to a network when uploading data. It is imperative
for users to REMOVE the Image MASSter Solo-4 connection when not actively
performing these tasks.
These recommendations are provided to the user as
