Updated Conflict Minerals Statement
CD Solutions Inc. Conflict Mineral Statement

CD Solutions, Inc ("CDS") is not a publicly traded company and is therefore NOT subject to SEC reporting requirements under 13(a), or 15(d) and consequently not subject to the conflict minerals reporting rule.

However, to demonstrate CDS's ongoing commitment to transact socially responsibility, we advise you that our publicly traded suppliers have been asked to undertake due diligence on all products supplied to CDS after December 31, 2012, in accordance with the Conflict Minerals Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 that went into effect on January 1, 2013.

CDS requires that each of its publicly traded suppliers disclose to us in writing whether any of their products contain conflict minerals such as casserite, columbite-tantalite, gold, wolfamite, or their derivatives, tin, tantalum, and tungsten: and by what process they used to make their determination.

Since CDS is a reseller/distributor of the suppliers products and performs no additional manufacturing process with could potentially introduce conflict minerals into the products we sell or distribute, no further analyses are conducted by CDS to test for their presence. We rely solely upon the information that is received from our suppliers.

Thank you.
