Conformer Jewel Case Mailer, 500 per box.

Our CD mailers are designed to fit one or two CD jewel cases or up to 6 disks in traditional disk sleeves. Measuring 6.5″ x 7.125″, this mailer starts perfectly flat (like all Conformer Products) and has a maximum capacity of 1″. These high quality mailers feature a self-seal closure and nylon tear strip for easy opening.

Quick Ship mailers are made from high quality white 14 point uncoated cover available blank or with one or two color printing in 15 days from proof approval.

Custom mailers can be produced in a wide selection of linen and coated stocks with printing, foil stamping or embossing. Your choice of overall gloss, satin or matte aqueous. UV, Spot or Soft Touch coatings are also available. Made to Order mailers are produced in 15 20 working days with multiple processes requiring the most time.
