******Custom printed media******

There are basically five options for CD-R media labels.

1) Use blank discs and write on them with a Dixion RediSharp Plus marker. This marker won't hurt the CD. Cost is about $2.00 per marker and can be purchased from CD Solutions.

2) Buy stick-on labels which can be printed on a laser printer then applied to the finished disc. Must be applied exactly right as they can't be moved. We sell labels.   There is a tool that makes the application of these labels easier.  CD Solutions offers the Stomper tool and labels for this purpose.

3) We now offer high quality (near photograph) custom printed one-off discs. We can print any GIF, JPEG, etc. type of image onto a white background in a high quality. These discs look so sharp you've got to see them to believe it! We also sell the Signature Printer which we use to achieve these fantastic results.

4) Use a thermal transfer printer for a waterproof finish.  Some of these printers are higher resolution than silk screen printing.

5) Custom silk-screen. This is really a sharp solution. This uses the same process as mass replicated discs and with the same result. The images are crisp and clean and professional. Turnaround times are slower, around 10 days from the time we get your artwork but the results are great! If you tell us in advance, we can allow an area for a combination silk-screen and ink-jet print on the same disc. This allows for a generic label on all the discs and a custom label area for something like version numbers or even a title area. Cost varies with quantity and number of colors. There is a 10 disc min. order for this process but it's much more economical with 100 or more. Give me the specs to make my labels.
