One time setup fee:
$60.00/color (includes film positive).
Four Color Process:
No additional charge, total five colors including white base
coat. Color copy or Match Print required with all Four
Color Process jobs.
CD Solutions Inc. will provide Match Print at $105.00 each.
Art Work:
We will accept your electronic artwork in the following
formats: Corel Draw, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Quark Express,
Freehand, PhotoShop. Call if you need another program.
Payment
All CD-R print orders must be prepaid. We accept checks
or credit cards.
Options:
Standard Jewel Cases Assembled w/ black trays $.35 each
Clear Slimline Jewel case $.45 each
Paper sleeve w/window and flap $.13
Insertion of CD into any of the above $.08
Other packaging and shrink wrap options available. Call
for details.
Delivery
Allow week and a half for delivery. If you
need them faster let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Rush fees may apply.
Shipping charges are not included.
