Please fill out this form and include a copy with all any electronic files sent to CD Solutions, Inc.

Please note: We are happy to output films from your electronic files which assures you of good film copy. However, you need to allow as much as three additional days for film output. During much of the year it won't take us that long but during the busy season (mid August to December) it does. Remember, your turnaround times don't start until we have all your materials in hand. That includes films so your turn time doesn't start until the films have been output from your file.

Include hard copies/color proofs.
All TIFF, EPS, and/or Placed images.
All fonts used in the design. A copy of the printer extension (MAC files only)

When possible, please send Macintosh files as they are much easier to output and we don't have nearly the problems with conversions.

Specifications:

For DOS or WINDOWS files, we accept 3.5" or 5.25" high density floppy disks.
For MACINTOSH files, we accept 3.5" high density floppy disks, 5.25" optical discs, ZIP, Syquest 44/88mb, or 270mb removable cartridges; Jazz discs; or Bernoulli discs.
All supporting files, fonts, and logos (including embedded fonts) must be included on the discs.
The specific PMS or PROCESS ink color designation must appear on each film separation in the files submitted.
All electronically generated artwork must be accompanied by a laser copy of the desired print with ink colors clearly marked.
