CD Solutions, Inc. Y2K Information
We at CD Solutions, Inc. share your concern
with respect to the Year 2000 issue and have given a high
priority to this matter. For that reason we have compiled
this year 2000 readiness disclosure pursuant to the
federal Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act
of 1998.

We have established a corporate-wide Year
2000 program to review our product, processes, and
systems. We are currently working with our customers and
suppliers and are making inquiries of our third party
suppliers in dealing with the Year 2000 issue. As the
result of our current efforts, we anticipate very little
disruption to our business and are striving to minimize
or, at best, eliminate any impact to our customers that
would result from our products or services.

The foregoing reflects CD Solutions, Inc.’s
current intentions with respect to the Y2K issue. However,
the information provided is subject to change since it
relates to matters which are in a state of evolution and
not completely in CD Solutions’ theatre of control.
