- Source/ Target Connections: One SATA port and one USB 2.0 port is available for the Source and Target drive positions. Unit includes one IDE Adapter. The SATA ports utilize the eSATA connector. Optional adapters are available for 1.8, 2.5, ZIF, and micro SATA interfaces including adapters for Flash media such as Compact Flash, Memory Sticks, SD, Micro SD, Multi Media card, etc. SCSI drives can be acquired utilizing 3rd Party USB-to-SCSI adapters. Supports copying data between different drive interfaces such as copying from an IDE Source drive to a SATA Target drive. The Source port is Write-Protected by default to prevent any accidental changes to the Source drives Data.
- Operational Modes: One-to-One Copy Mode Copies one Source drive to one Target drive (1:1). Multiple Image Storage Store multiple Source drive images using a single Target drive. Sanitize drives using Single Pass, DoD Standard, or Secure Erase. Hardware Accelerated SHA-1 and SHA-2 Hashing functions. Standard MD-5 Hashing also included. Upload Source images to a shared Network Storage location using the native 1 Gigabit Ethernet interface.
- Multiple Data Copy Formats: IQ Copy Capture Used to copy only the allocated data of a Source drive, greatly reducing the time required to copy data. IQCopy supports partition scaling allowing duplication of smaller capacity drives to larger capacity drives. Percent Copy Used to copy a Source drives allocated data and unallocated data, creating a mirror image of the Source drive. MultiMASSter Supports storing one or multiple Source drive images on a single Target drive using the Segmented File Format. The format copies both allocated and unallocated data. VHD Capture Supports storing one or multiple Source drive images on a single Target drive using the VHD File Format. The format copies only allocated data.
- On-the-Fly Data Encryption: Built-in DiskCypher technology allows the ability to Encrypt a Source hard drive during copy operations without any speed reduction. The IMSolo-101 supports the common AES-256 ECB Encryption method.
- Image Restore: Restore previously captured Segmented images to the original Sources drive format.
- Preview Source Data: Preview Source Drives data utilizing third party applications or using the units built-in O/S utilities. The units preview capability allows previewing Word, Excel, PDF, text or multimedia (pictures, video and audio) files prior to copying data.
- Network Storage Support: Upload Source images to a shared Network Storage location using the native 1 Gigabit Ethernet interface.
- Logs: Store and print detail operational Event Log information.
