* The printer's ink pad is estimated to become saturated and need replacing after about 30,000 discs. Based on printing 2,000 discs per month, bi-directional. Actual results will vary based on such factors as images printed, print settings, media type, frequency of use and temperature.
** Cartridge yields vary considerably based on images printed, print settings, media type, frequency of use and temperature. For print quality, a variable amount of ink remains in the cartridge after the "replace cartridge" indicator comes on. Discproducer ships with full cartridges and part of the ink from the first cartridges is used for priming the printer. |

PP-100NS Datasheet
PP-100NS Security Model
AcuGrip Technology The PP-100 introduces the new robotic arm with AcuGrip technology, virtually eliminating two-disc feeding that can damage discs and interrupt unsupervised production runs.
The Epson Discproducer is the only disc publisher in its class that offers individual ink level LED alerts, AcuGrip robotic arm, status readings on all functions and total access from the front of the machine.
The Epson Discproducer Network Security model comes with all the same
features as the Network model plus an encrypted hard drive to protect
your information. Publishing is restricted to authorized users only and
there are two controlled access modes to limit who and what gets
published.
PIN Controlled Mode In PIN mode users are required to enter a unique
user and PIN number in order to remove completed jobs from Discproducer. The
user will only be allowed to remove their specific discs.

Security Mode In
Security mode, users require approval prior to publishing any jobs.
Jobs are submitted to an authorized approver and once jobs are
approved, they are released to be published. After a job is completed,
the user is required to enter a unique user and PIN number to remove
completed jobs from Discproducer. The user will only be allowed to
remove their specific discs.
