Features
Hard drives are sometimes used and operated outside their native originally intended environments. For instance, when they are placed outside a computer case they lack an adequate cooling mechanism and the drive's operating temperature can rise. Today's high performance hard drives are spinning motors (15,000 revolutions per minute) and they can generate much more heat than the older drives. The fan, used with the IM4008, IM4004 and WipeMASSter, will cool down the hard drives and maintain a comfortable operating temperature level, in which the hard drives can operate optimally.
.: Heat Reduction: The powerful fan cools down the hard drive's operating temperature
Note: The drive cooler is designed to work with IM4008, IM4004 and WipeMASSter, not with the IM4002.
